Changing territory of interest
The system allows to choose the territorial context
of interest, i.e. a combination of territory and level of detail (e.g. regions of
Central Italy, provinces of Calabria, municipalities of the Treviso province).
Using the links in the upper part of control panel it is possible
to visualise a sequence of territorial areas at the same level of detail, and to
decrease level of territorial detail. The following figure shows part of control panel
when the provinces of Tuscany are selected.
The system then allows to go directly to the two contexts of the
same level "Provinces of Emilia-Romagna region" and "Provinces of
Umbria region" (see following figure)
but also to go to the upper level context "Regions of Central Italy" (see following figure):
